Mostar: this enchanting medieval town will conquer your heart with its hidden gems and a picturesque stone arch bridge.

Arrive at Dubrovnik Airport, pick up your car and drive to the hotel for check-in. Start exploring the city at your own pace. Stroll Dubrovnik streets and search for the best things to see inside its protective walls. We suggest you join a sightseeing tour of the old town, one of the most beautiful medieval towns in the world. Built in stone and famous for its beautiful city walls and historical monuments, the city itself is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 4: BIOGRAD NA MORU – SPLIT REGION (170km – 3hrs)

After breakfast check out and leaving Biograd behind drive towards Split. Diocletian, a revolutionary emperor, fearless, but also more brutal than his predecessors, built a huge palace in the centre of Split. Today, this well-preserved palace is not only the centre of the city but is also a part of UNESCO’s World Heritage. The palace can be just one of your stops during the walks around the city. Enjoy your free time exploring the cobblestone streets, go shopping, have lunch at local restaurants or sip on coffee at the city's famous seafront.

Overnight in Split region.

Day 5: SPLIT REGION – MOSTAR (170km – 2.5hrs)

After breakfast departure from Split region toward Mostar a city in southern Bosnia and Herzegovina. Located on the Neretva River, the city will amaze you with its incredible landscapes, architecture, customs, and lifestyle. Take a walk across the Old Bridge, explore narrow and winding streets, visit the bazaar, Turkish house, and beautiful mosque, and feel the magic of the Orient. It is a city where the traveler from the North breathes the first rays of the Mediterranean mixed with the scent of lemon and sea, while traveler from the South awaits the first scenes of the continental hinterland.

Overnight in Mostar.

Day 6: MOSTAR – DUBROVNIK (240km – 3hrs)

After breakfast departure from Mostar toward Dubrovnik via Peljesac bridge and Ston. City walls in Ston are perhaps what this little town is best known for – and rightfully so. The walls are much longer than those of its more famous neighbour, Dubrovnik, at 5km in length. This makes them the longest defensive structure in Europe; they are sometimes referred to as the ‘European Walls of China”. The saltworks were established as far back as the 13th century (although the harvesting of salt in the area is thought to go back much further). The production of salt contributed to the wealth of the Republic of Dubrovnik. These days, the harvesting of salt from the sea is still done in a traditional manner. Mali Ston Bay is where you will find the oyster beds that produce what are often said to be the most delicious oysters in the world! (If you can’t make it down to this part of the Peljesac Peninsula, fear not! You can also find these oysters at many other restaurants in Dubrovnik and the Southern Dalmatian region.)

Overnight in Dubrovnik.

Day 7: DUBROVNIK

After breakfast you can stroll the streets of Dubrovnik and search for the best things to see inside its protective walls. However, we suggest you join a sightseeing tour of the old town, one of the most beautiful medieval towns in the world. Protected by magnificent medieval walls, the atmospheric capital of the historic Republic of Ragusa is a treasure trove of palaces and churches. Built in stone and famous for its beautiful city walls and historical monuments, the city itself is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Alternatively, you can book our optional, two-hour Dubrovnik city tour, and discover the hidden secrets with a private guide.

Overnight in Dubrovnik.

Day 8: DEPARTURE DUBROVNIK (20km – 30 min)

Spend your last morning in Croatia savouring your breakfast. After check-out drive back to Dubrovnik Airport where you will return the rental car and prepare for your return flight.

Comfortable and warm clothing is the most suitable for travelling. Visitors should not wear sleeveless shirts, shorts, short skirts or skimpy clothing when visiting temples, religious or official buildings. Sun protection, sunglasses, a hat and mosquito repellent can be very useful during your stay.
